I reproduce it here with her kind permission, together with a rather appropriate illustration by that outstanding artist Jay Em. Julie’s Spanking Plan for Weight Loss
The man shall contract with the dominant woman (who shall be referred to as the “Spanking Coach”) for weekly weight review sessions.
Upon beginning the session, the man shall strip down for his weigh-in. If the man enjoys humiliation, the Spanking Coach might make some remarks about how inappropriate it is for an adult man to have to strip down for a woman. If he does not enjoy that sort of thing, the weigh-in will occur very matter-of-factly.
If the man has lost weight. The Spanking Coach will give him lots of praise. Some discussion about the diet might occur, but eventually the Spanking Coach will say, “You’ve done well this week, but I think you need a spanking to inspire you to do well next week. You need a reminder of what will happen if you don’t do well.”
The Spanking Coach is not wearing a track suit and a whistle. She is wearing a professional skirt with stockings underneath. She pulls up her skirt, revealing her stockings and the top of her thighs, and sits down. She tells the man to choose two implements with which he would like to be spanked. (A good Spanking Coach has a variety of tools she uses.)
She gently pulls the man over her knee and begins with a hand-spanking, stopping periodically to rub his bottom and thighs. Every once in a while, in a chastising voice, she reminds him that he will receive a much more severe spanking if he does not do well with his weight loss goals the following week. She punctuates this remark with harder smacks.
Eventually she moves onto using both implements, but she steadily builds her spanking so he can tolerate it, she intersperses the spankings with lots of caresses, and she alternates between warnings of future severe spankings and coos of praise for the progress he has made so far. She encourages the man to rub against her thighs and stocking tops in a way that makes the experience, although painful, also quite pleasurable.
If the man has NOT lost weight. Herein lies the problem. A person who enjoys spanking may very well enjoy a truly punitive spanking as much, if not more, than a severe but erotically charged spanking. How to make the spanko man feel truly punished?
I must thank SP as well as friends from Over Her Knee for this suggestion: the man must be made to have an orgasm before the spanking begins. Without the erotic energy that a spanko brings to the equation, it is much harder to enjoy the spanking. The spanking feels like true punishment, and the pain will be much more intense. This spanking won’t be pleasant, and it requires that the man truly submit to the regime and to his Spanking Coach.
The orgasm can happen one of two ways. If the Spanking Coach feels intimate enough with the man, she can ask him to lay on the bed and spread his legs. She dons latex gloves and proceeds to milk his prostate until he ejaculates. She will, under no circumstances, touch his penis or otherwise give him physical pleasure. If the Spanking Coach does not want this contact with the man, she can alternately give him a cup and send him to the corner. She will demand that he masturbate and ejaculate into the cup. Appropriately humiliating comments may be issued by the Spanking Coach at any time during this process.
When he is finished and cleaned up, the Spanking Coach gives him an all-business punishment spanking. The man will not be allowed to lay over her knees, nor will he be allowed any glimpse of stockings or thighs. The Spanking Coach will position him over a chair, over the end of a couch, or over a bed. She will choose the implements she will use. There will be no warm-up hand spanking, no caresses, no kind words. She will explain that he has not met his weight loss goals and deserves severe punishment.
The Spanking Coach will begin the spanking with an implement, and she will begin with hard strokes. She will continue with the spanking for as long as she sees fit, showing no reaction to the man’s assurances (which will surely come quickly) that he will never fail in his weight loss program again.
By the end of this spanking, if the man is truly submissive, he will need some closeness to his Spanking Coach. When she has deemed the spanking finished, she might allow the man to sit at her feet, his head upon her knees as she strokes his head and face, assuring him that he has been appropriately punished and that the slate is clean for him to start with his goals for the following week.
