Regular Reminder!
I have recently had to remove a couple of comments which refer to childhood spanking or the spanking of children. As regular readers will know, I reserve this Blog for depicting consensual disciplinary activities between adults. I have no problem with "age play" or age regression of adults as a form of punishment but I do not condone or agree with the physical punishment of children - or any form of mental or physical abuse. This limitation also applies to reports by adults of childhood memories along the lines of "my mom did this" or "my my mom did that". Whilst some such memories may be absolutely true, they lead all too often to the kind of post which begins "I'm a strict mom and I do this or that to punish my kids" - which are frequently the unwelcome ramblings of fantasist pedophiles. I will delete, without question, any and all posts with which I feel uncomfortable. I will also not enter into any debate about whether or not any particular comment is legitimate or otherwise. It's my Blog and I will run it however I like - so there! If anyone does not like it they don't have to read it!

Brian: Bravo on your observations about political correctness...I'm surprised it has survived the blogmaster's censorship. Every spanking blogster seems to fall all over himself insisting that the practice is for adults only. The left has managed to impose its orthodoxy in almost all areas of inquiry. Witness the recent national campaign, in which any criticism of the Democrat nominee was likely to be ascribed to latent racism.
Definition of a racist: anyone who is winning an argument against a liberal.

It's a shame that the recollections of us enthusiasts can not be "honored" due to political correctness, but I understand it fully. When you stop to think about it, we live in a time where every thought outside that of the mainstream is to be feared.
I wasn't a recipient of muh corporal punishment as a child and I happen to think that this is a major reason why I seek it, now, as an adult. Likewise, I am not a parent who practices corporal punishment on a regular basis, but I reserve the right to use it for those times that I recognize as absolutely essential. Still, as I said, it's a shame that we live in a time in which both our desires and our practices as adult parents are to be so questioned.
Long live the idea of being held accountable for your indescretions by way of something short of incarceration.
I'd like to end this comment off with a quote I recently came across....
..."Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a dilusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Now if you had that sign in a full size i would want it to give Rachel so we could enjoy it in our office. That sign is terrific and you know many of us would love it.
