Discipline Fridays!
For the unfortunate men of the company, never promoted beyond the junior grades, these monthly occurences were a time of dread. While underperforming women were invited to better themselves via training courses, their male counterparts were motivated through public humiliation and corporal punishment. On each third Friday of the month, they queued naked in the busy corridor outside the interview room and awaited their turn with the paddle. The CEO insisted on conducting these sessions herself: while all her girls were familiar to her through the many corporate events organised for female staff, this was almost the only contact she had with their male colleagues. Unfortunately her busy schedule often forced her to keep the men waiting and on display, sometimes for hours at a time. Never mind - they had only themselves to blame, and would have to come in over the weekend to catch up with their work.
No matter the delay, the interviews themselves were never hurried, and the agenda was always the same. The trembling employee stood hands-on-head in front of the desk while the report on his failings was read out by Janine, the CEO's dedicated PA. He was then subjected to a lengthy verbal dressing-down that could be heard several offices away, and that the smirking Janine enthusiastically minuted for his file. Finally, he bent over the desk and presented his bare bottom for the long, hard application of the paddle. Although now into her sixties, the CEO was a keen squash player and had a powerful arm. A satisifed smile played across her lips as she provided the necessary incentive to these backsliding underlings.
As the sounds of wood on skin and muffled cries echoed up and down the corridor, the same women who had enjoyed the spectacle on their arrival that morning now found excuses to run new errands. It was a fresh delight to see those who had already been dealt with facing the wall to display the livid hues of their well beaten behinds, and those still awaiting their fate squirming at the sounds within.
No doubt about it - OSIRIS was a great place for a woman to work.

Checking my e-mail this morning I was delighted to find this fantastic artwork and accompanying storyline from a new contributor to this Blog - "Underling". I am sure you will agree with me in complimenting him for the wonderful imagery. I know that I have been very much amiss in not keeping up with regular postings in recent months but contributions like this inspire me to do better in the future! Hopefully, readers will also encourage our new friend Underling to submit more of his outstanding work. I also have a backlog of other contributions which I will try to post up over the coming days. Re the pic. I think it disgraceful that the 'boys' should be allowed to hide their cocks, surely 'Hands on Head' would be the usual oder in this situation? And if they couldn't control themselves then a penis restraint would be call for.

Very exciting drawing and excellent story :-) Also, many interesting ideas in user comments.
However, one aspect is probably missing. I suspect that the ladies couldn't resist putting their colleagues in trouble. The Friday trip to CEO could be probably caused by a discreet report from some office girl to the direct supervisor (about a real or nonexisting error - whom she will believe?) Also female employees (especially junior ones) can distract guys e.g. with their sexy office outfits. Teasing a guy with a short skirt, stockings etc. would inevitably lead him to making a serious mistake in a report and being invited to Discipline Friday...

jswannabme - What? One way power dynamics are an integral part of the whole kink. Spanking (of any variety) is hardly the most PC of fetishes. And there's many, many stories where a female secretary has to deal with some rather "difficult" work conditions.
Anyway this is a great concept and desperately needs to be turned into a website. So many directions to go in.
Add my voice to the clamor for OTK. I also love the idea of some sort of attempt at Union organizing amongst the men. Maybe instead of a public punishment in front of an auditorium (too impersonal), a spanking by management, and then the chief perpetrators paraded around the grounds and taken to each discrete group of employees, bent over, warmed up yet again, and then stood up and displayed sobbing.
And I like the covering up, after all they're waiting in line. That they can stand however they like just gives them more freedom to cringe - which is much more embarrassing than standing frozen and detached.

I have a feeling the ladies of the office must get a certain satisfaction from hearing the sounds of discipline coming from that office. Wonder if the men have soft cushions to sit on when they get back to their desks? Somehow I doubt it! Anyway the feel of a hot well-paddled bottom will motivate them to do their best work.

Wonderful drawing and story.One must assume that persistent offenders were dealt with even more severely.Maybe a weekend trip to CEO's house in the country for a session in the dreaded Woodshed,with the paddle being replaced with the Razor Strap.Maybe Janine would enjoy that even more.Keep up the good work and look forward to seeing more of your talented work.

I imagine the women of this company would have to enjoy the sound of the paddle being applied to their coworker's bottoms, and the naughty-boy whimpering that would accompany it. In, fact they'd probably make a point of walking by the CEO's door more often on those Fridays! After years of male dominance in business, it would have to be gratifying to know some formerly-macho males were finally getting what they needed. Wonder if the guys have soft cushions to sit on back at their desks. Somehow, I doubt it!
Anyway this is a great story and a great fantasy. I'm sure a lot of us would love to work at a company like this. Hmmm.... it's interesting the guys in the story don't seem to be leaving to find other jobs!

Underling, hi, many thanks for Your answer. I´m well aware of the difficulties to draw the right, wanted facial expression. I couldn´t do it. There are artists, who create wonderful drawings, but the facial expression of the men are i.e. always too hard, too self-assured or too weak. It seems to me that drawing faces of women is a bit easier. Anyway, I would be pleased to see more of Your work and ideas. Greetings from Hamburg.

Seriously, fair point. I was going for the 'wish the floor would swallow me up' look, but achieving just the right expression is always a challenge.
To answer your other questions - Discipline Fridays are a useful incentive at any time: 'If you miss that report deadline again, I wouldn't be making any plans for Friday 19th...' However the final list of attendees is decided at a management meeting a week in advance, and immediately published on the company intranet (this page receives huge numbers of hits!) So still plenty of time for anticipation and teasing!

I have started a new drawing based on one of Peter's suggestions, and featuring otk to also please Joerg and Terry. I take it nobody objects to a good dose of the hairbrush? :)
No promises about when it will be finished, but CJ and then you will be the first to know!
By the way, Terry - sorry, but no union reps at OSIRIS. The women don't need one, and the men would never be allowed one. But not to worry - the suggestion alone will guarantee you urgent talks with the CEO. All you'd be bringing to the table would be your bare bottom, and she'd be the one organising the 'strike action'!

Hi there,
a very fine situation and a very exciting picture. There are, in my opinion, only two questions left: if a male employee is choosen for the 3rd friday, for example on the second workday of the month, will the women tell him or not, will he be working for roundabout 2 weeks with the scheduled punishment in his mind everyday?
And second: will a announced punishment be on a list, which is on display on the wall of the corridor, so that all women of the company are able to read his name and he will have to endure their smirking grins and "kind remarks" for the rest of time until "Punishment Friday"?
Last little remark: I personally would prefer faces of men with a less weak impression. They seem dumb and dull.
But, again, great work!

I would like to become the 'Union Representative' for the men of this organisation... I think that in that position I would be standing in that line-up on a very regular basis each third Friday of the month and get my butt well attended to... I would 'Stand Up' for my men and be amazed at how much 'Standing Up!' I actually did, whether it be prior to, or during, the session as demanded... or as a result of the punishment received for such actions and the state of my rear end!!

I'm going to defend Underling here. I didn't think he was advocating some twisted version of gynosupremacy: reverse sexism with violence. The problem with any attempt to impose a narrative on fantasy of this nature is that the disciplinarian is going to seem cruel at the least and possibly crazy. One has to take it in a sort of cartoonish way. I certainly can't see how this story is any more offensive that any of the others on here. I think it's worth noting that the word 'underling' appears in the text. The writer clearly wasn't thinking of doing this to anyone.
Anyway, I know this is fantasy, because I've been trained to keep my hands by my sides when being interviewed naked. ;-)

Jswannabme, I thought your comments were valid and interesting. This is of course complete fantasy - God forbid anyone interprets it as a manifesto on my part, even if it were possible to run a business like this! But some degree of inequality and, I guess, 'injustice', appeals to me personally in F/M stories and pictures. In the real world, I have a very strong sense of fair play! And you're absolutely right - even as fantasy I'd never have dreamed of writing this with the roles reversed. Interesting.

Interesting fantasy, but in reality, this would be a shame. Although I have expressed displeasure in the rate at which this blog is updated, I normally find the content to be very stimulating, both intellectually and somewhat erotically. However, this is sexism at its finest and reversing the roles, even in the appropriate setting, would definitely not see the same glowing reviews that has been seen here.
Like I said....good work on the part of the author and illustrator if their aim was to create fantasy, but if it's to be praised, I would hope (for the sake of huamnity), it's done so for that purpose alone.
I would never even imagine treating a woman with such disrespect.
